Lauren Bacall (1924-2014)
Op de begrafenis van haar man, Humphrey Bogart, legde ze een fluitje in zijn kist. Het was een verwijzing naar de beroemde zin die ze tegen hem zei in hun eerste film samen, To Have and Have Not (1944): “Je weet toch hoe je moet fluiten? Je doet gewoon je lippen op elkaar en blaast”.
At the funeral for her husband, Humphrey Bogart, she put a whistle in his coffin. It was a reference to the famous line she says to him in their first film together To Have and Have Not (1944): “You know how to whistle, don’t you? You just put your lips together and blow”.
